2012 Leadership and Longevity conference with Brian Tracy and David Wolfe

Well, what can I say? I just drove from Florida to Wisconsin with my darling hubby (we LOVE driving and experiencing new places!) for the 2012 Leadership and Longevity conference. I am thrilled to be speaking among such gifted speakers as Dr. Patrick Flynn, Chris Zaino, Brian Tracy and David Wolfe (plus MANY more!) Check out this stellar lineup at http://www.leadershipandlongevity.com

I am thrilled to be able to hear such a wide variety of speakers all sharing their different experiences. I truly feel this is what life is about, all of us learning and gaining knowledge from our various experience and using it to help improve the lives of others.

Many people ask me this question “Don’t you get nervous on stage?” Well, to me… I come alive. Each moment that I am able to uplift and inspire others is such a pleasure. I also prepare more for the stage by seeking one on one time with God and in prayer, than I do painstakingly pouring over a written outline or over thinking things too much. Now, don’t get me wrong there is quite a bit of preparation needed but it is my advice to seek God’s council before stepping on stage~

For me, I want to be certain that I am speaking HIS words and getting across HIS message of hope and inspiration! Now, this upcoming week I will be speaking about the close connection between “Physical Health and Emotional Health”  to the attendees of the Leadership and Longevity conference.

In my many years as a fitness professional, I found that the greater # of people who initially sought out a “lifestyle change” believed that “physical health” would equate to “happiness.” Now, this does HELP but it surely is not the “end all, be all.”  This weekend I am sharing my testimony and journey to overall BALANCED health and I plan to go into greater detail on each aspect of health, most importantly, our emotional health.

We will be getting video coverage so as soon as I can, I will post the video of the conference and some updates!!

Thank you to all of my friends, family and supporters. I appreciate each and every one of you!

Here is to a joyous and abundant life,

~Ashley
